With extensive experience in large PE-backed brands, fast-growing startups, and medium-sized businesses, Nikki brings a unique blend of commercial acumen, analytical thinking, brand-savviness and digital innovation to her work. Her in-depth knowledge spans fashion, beauty, and lifestyle sectors.

Most recently, she served as the SVP at Beauty by Imagination, a leading PE-backed portfolio company of multiple beauty brands. She spearheaded the digital transformation of each brand, focusing on DTC, individual P&L management, and significant growth in paid media and CRM.

Prior to her role at BBI, she was the Director of Ecommerce at Ulla Johnson. Nikki led the digital transformation of the brand, doubling revenue during her tenure and pioneering a digital aesthetic for the site that became a template for other fashion brands. Earlier in her career, she worked at the digital agency One Rockwell, where she managed numerous Shopify replatforms, post-launch maintenance, and digital growth strategies. Nikki collaborated closely with developers, creatives, UX designers, and in-house brand/ecommerce teams. During this time, she worked with notable brands such as Westman Atelier, Tula Skincare, Mara Hoffman, LeSportsac, Oscar de la Renta, and Sies Marjan.

Before that, Nikki was part of the hyper-growth phase at Outdoor Voices, where revenue grew 4x during her tenure. Her career began at Alice + Olivia, working in wholesale with premium retailers such as Bergdorf Goodman, Bloomingdale's, and Saks.

Her experience on both the agency and brand sides provides her with a competitive edge and a holistic understanding of tech, creative, UX, and industry best practices.
